Gingerbread Man Doll

I handmade this prim gingerbread man from painted muslin. He’s been aged with a coffee and cinnamon mixture and then baked. Ginger is 13” high and has a pinch stitched nose and French knot eyes. He wears a burgundy and tan grungy scarf with a Santa hang tag. His hand-stitched pocket is filled with preserved Sweet Annie and Christmas greens, chenille candy canes, and cinnamon sticks. I added a rusty bell and lightly sanded him to give him a vintage look and feel. Ginger also smells delicious! You can hang him or tuck him in a basket or on an old cupboard shelf. I know you’ll love him as much as I do but remember that he is for decoration only and IS NOT a toy!

Primitive Burgundy Suit Santa Doll

What a prim little Santa! He's made from a Jackie Schmidt pattern and is about 18" tall from the tip of his hat to his feet. His body is made from painted muslin and his suit is tan and burgundy striped. I trimmed his coat in grungy Warm and Natural and added a hand stamped SANTA tag. His nose is pinch stitched and his eyes embroidered. I used wool roving for his beard and needle felted it to his face. You can hang him or tuck him. I know you'll love him but remember, Santa is a decoration and NOT a toy.

Primitive Snowball Pin Keep

If you're looking for a pin keep for yourself or for a gift, take a look at Snowball! Snowball is made from aged Warm and Natural and is filled with Poly Pellets and a bit of poly filling to make him very firm. His sweet hand embroidered face sits in an old canning funnel. I added a grungy cheesecloth tie, a rusty bell, and winter hang tag. Snowball is about 4" high and 4 1/2" wide. He is so adorable! The candles are NOT included. They were used to help you get a better look at Snowball's face.

Primitive Santa Stumpy Doll

This Santa stump doll is cute beyond words! I made this little guy from painted muslin and quality cotton fabric. Santa is about 10” tall and has hand stitched facial features. His beard is wool roving and his arms are grungy black pipe cleaners. He wears an aged brown print gown and hood that I trimmed with Warm and Natural. I used a lot of hand stitching which gives Santa a primitive look. Santa holds a little gathering of sweet annie and a chenille candy cane in one hand and a vintage ornament in the other. His bottom is boxed and weighted so he stands on his own. He is as sweet as can be! I used a TFC pattern to make this wonderful Santa. I know you’ll love him as much as I do but remember that Santa is a decoration and NOT meant as a toy!

Three Gingerbread Man Ornies

I made these three sweet little gingerbread men from brown muslin and then coated them in cinnamon and nutmeg! They have pinched noses and French knots for eyes and buttons. They are wearing grungy cheesecloth scarves with little coffee stained hang tags. I stamped a pepermint candy on each tag. So cute and prim! I know you’ll love them as much as I do but remember that they are for decoration only and are not toys!
